We first drove the Chrysler 200 in 2011, when the model made its enter. Based on the former Sebring, the 200 is a midsize available as either a two-door convertible or a four-door sedan.
When it rolled out last year, the sedan was offered in three edging levels: LX, Touring or Limited. A fourth, "S" version was scheduled for tardy arrival. It's here now, and this year, we drive it. The top-ranging S has a starting sticker of $26,365, compared to the point of departure, LX at $18,995.
Trim levels in cars remind me of a TV cartoon about fish. You be familiar with, the one where the little fish is swimming along, and is suddenly swallowed by a bigger fish. That fish looks mellifluous smug, until it's inhaled by a still larger fish. And so on. In the case of this car, the Limited has all the features of the Touring, which in time has all the features of LX. At the top of this particular food chain, the S has everything the Limited range has, with a few added features.
