1) internal short
2) Bad wiring causing a lack of fresh connection
3) defective speaker (s) causing short

Question: Does the 104 AR have a Spool input? & Does the VR 705 have a Tape Input? Either one of these receivers have these don't wanna have to take up my Cassette Decks through the Video Inputs.

Kenwood receivers are rather old, so I doubt they even have any video inputs.
AUX audio inputs for Tape recording Decks were quite popular in the past, so it should work OK.

You're settle, it makes no sagacity. I about you say there is a power button (standby), and first of all it is a power button. Have you tried serious the power button Enormous on again? Standby status allows the unlikely to actuate the system, but disabling the power button cuts the power system. You must get it again on the stereo before the unlikely works.
