PAL and NTSC = = Americas Europe Asia and Canada. So you will not master the stress.Try VCRs few friends, he is credible, they have inadvertently bought those that are compatible with PAL / NTSC. Also, you can refer you convert, stop for the price. Or relist on eBay for a profit and buy from someone else. Call to mind to authenticate the NTSC compatibility from now on VHS. Another note, when purchasing the DVD, still more for the Department 1 (USA) compatibility!...
